John Fratti was a healthy, successful pharmaceutical representative. After taking Levaquin for a routine infection he became permanently disabled, jobless, and will suffer with chronic pain for the rest of his life. I am helping John in his quest to educate consumers regarding the severe risks of choosing Levaquin, for non-life-threatening illnesses. Johnson & Johnson should have an ethical and moral responsibility to honor the famous J&J credo. I gave a speech at their last annual shareholder meeting. I kept my speech very civil and respectful even though I felt otherwise. The shareholders applauded my speech. I have been suffering for over seven years from documented Levaquin injuries. Every day is a struggle to get out of bed. I was a healthy working professional with an MBA degree. Over 20,000 safety reports have been submitted to the FDA for this drug. The same FDA report also shows that Levaquin is linked to over 1,000 death outcomes. Families have been ruined physically, emotionally, and financially because of the CEO putting profits before people. Many of the Levaquin clinical trials have now been identified by the FDA as being significantly flawed. Useless studies, real harm.

Levaquin Ruins LivesAt the shareholder meeting outgoing CEO William Weldon came over and sat down with me after my speech. Mr. Weldon promised two things. He promised that he would have the J&J research team look into genetic factors to see if certain people are more susceptible to these severe adverse reactions. He also talked to me for a long time about autologous stem cell therapy as a treatment. A therapy he said that he had done on his own knee. My mother, a retired registered nurse, sent Mr. Weldon a nice follow-up letter on my shareholder meeting trip. I recently received a letter from J&J saying that this particular matter is closed. I couldn't believe it! Mr. Weldon sounded so sincere when he sat down with me. It is hard to believe that his words were nothing but an empty promise! I realize now that Mr. Weldon came over to me to simply make himself look good in front of the J&J shareholders and media in attendance. To me that is an awful thing to do to someone who became disabled from one of their own products.

I have lost over $400,000 in lost wages and $35,000 in out of pocket medical and insurance costs. I require several strong prescription pain medications every day. Why is Johnson & Johnson not conducting medical research to help the very people that they have crippled? This is unconscionable. The hopes and dreams that my family had have been ruined because of the greed and moral cowardice of J&J senior management. J&J used to be a reputable and honorable American icon. Bribes, kickbacks, phantom recalls, medicare fraud, downplayed drug risks have dominated the news over the last few years under the current leadership. My life has been ruined but hopefully I can raise awareness so other people don't suffer my fate due to Johnson & Johnson's unethical and immoral behavior.

Frivolous Lawsuit Being Filed Against JohnsonAndToxin: UPDATED: 23 May 2023: Still waiting for proof of filing OR apology and compensation for all the work involved defending myself. I live in Florida. Higbee & Ass's, the law firm, is headquartered in California, assigned a lawyer in Colorado. They know I am destitute. (No, though a massive amount of work, this site makes almost no money. IE: Only $175 total for 2022 and less than $500 total this year. I work odd jobs to be able to afford to keep it online.)
