This is INDEPENDENT work that you are certainly NOT going to see in conventional media.
To all readers: PLEASE HELP KEEP OVER FIVE YEARS OF WORK ONLINE...
To maintain independence, I will never run ads. I'm only ONE homeless woman, trying to do all the research, content development and web site maintenance for damn near nothing - or get this: I wouldn't still be homeless after doing all this for almost six years. I don't have the time to stop doing the WORK involved to piss away my time running bullshit ads for crap you don't need anyway.
Only 1 out every 5,000 visitors sends even a little help. If everyone reading this gave $10, I could get off the streets and be able to do more. The price of a cheap meal from a bunch of people is all I need. When I started JohnsonAndToxin, people told me it would never get me off the streets. Almost 6 years later, I'm still on the streets. Most people ignore my requests for help. But I hope you’ll think about how important it is to have someone pushing all this information to the Senate, State Attorneys General, State Governors, US FDA, JNJ shareholders, educational facilities, etc.
Please help keep JohnsonAndToxin online and me working to expose Johnson & Johnson and their 275+ subsidiaries for the benefit of every man, woman and child on the planet - and that INCLUDES YOU.
Claiming some mesh victims are filing 'frivolous' lawsuits, a just decided ALL mesh victims do not receive justice.

Chief U.S. District Judge Clay Land of the Middle District of Georgia decided that mesh victims, whether symptomatic 'yet' or not, should face even more limits to their right to sue Johnson & Johnson for lying about the safety and effectiveness of mesh products. This idiot does NOT understand that EVERY mesh recipient, whether for prolapsed organs, urinary stress incontinence or hernia repair, is a victim of a sales pitch that downplays risks and overstates benefits.
Mesh products are the worst of the worst. Chronic infections, chronic pain, organ damage, turning vaginas into cheese graters, internal lacerations, diabetes, Lupus, all issues with mesh products. Many people who received mesh products don't even yet realize their deteriorated health is a consequence of putting a known toxic plastic product into a person.
Limiting the right to join a class action lawsuit for being lied to regarding safety and effectiveness of a product is flat out bullshit - especially a product as harmful and life-destroying as mesh.
There are far safer methods to address prolapsed organs, urinary stress incontinence and hernias - a few stitches to hold organs in place or repair damaged muscles. That's all that's needed. Simple. Safe. Effective.
The pain (many victims claim the pain is like sitting on RAZOR BLADES), infections, sepsis, misery from mesh causes many mesh victims to want to commit suicide and even kill themselves because they know full well they will NEVER heal. Mesh recipients were not likely told the pain AFTER mesh would be so great they would want to die rather than tolerate more agony. If so, I seriously doubt ANYONE would choose to have this crap installed in their body. Would you?
When it comes to the harms, horrors and hell of mesh, there is no such thing as a 'frivolous lawsuit'.
At this point, the harms associated with installing plastic mesh products in a person shouldn't even be in court! As I stated in my 2016 Consumer Letter to Johnson & Johnson Shareholders, Johnson & Johnson should immediately set up a fund to address the harms to human health caused by their KNOWN harmful mesh products, provide realistic living financial support, all medical care, pay for drugs, surgeries, etc as well as a homecare nurse for mesh victims. Many recipients of mesh who are having problems already have NO recourse, no money, lost jobs, lost homes, some even homeless and in chronic pain with chronic infections and no money or insurance to have the mesh removed.
It's already difficult to be included in a class action lawsuit for a KNOWN harmful pharmaceutical drug or device. Increasing difficulty to sue Johnson & Johnson for fraudulent marketing is absolutely crazy - setting a precedent that they can continue lying to sell KNOWN harmful products simply by not informing the Food and Drug Administration, doctors and patients of the KNOWN risks involved with the product.
It's starting to look to me like Johnson & Johnson's products are sooo crappy that they have to LIE to sell them.
Is Johnson & Johnson really a company you want to trust with YOUR life and the lives of your loved ones? Especially when YOUR right to sue for a KNOWN harmful product is taken away by a judge who obviously knows nothing about the horrors of Johnson & Johnson mesh products...
