Johnson & Johnson Shareholders Mount FRIVOLOUS Lawsuit Against $JNJ

Shareholders join consumer attack against Johnson & Johnson for failure to disclose risks associated with the use of talc-based products. Wait, how can they sue a company for the way they do business?

Johnson & Johnson used their highly effective business model of overstating benefits and understating or not dislosing risks from the use of talc-based products to increase profits by increasing ovarian cancer, asthma and mesothelioma. They handed talc-based products to new mothers in maternity wards, doled out coupons and other special offers to increase distribution of a product that fit their business plan of promoting a harmful product to increase profits from the injuries the product caused perfectly.

Johnson & Johnson failed to disclose 30% or more increased risk of women who used talc-based products for feminine heigene. The result of this is a dramatic increase in ovarian cancer, raking in around $100,000 in first year costs into the healthcare industry for medical care, surgical tools, anti-biotics, pain medications and well, yes, even a ton of bandaids. The dramatic increase in ovarian cancer Johnson & Johnson caused with their talc-based women's heigene products has already enriched shareholders, and will continue to enrich shareholders for decades to come as more women develop ovarian cancer from the use of Johnson & Johnson talc-based feminine heigene products.

Johnson & Johnson failed to disclose the unknown percent of increased risk from use of talc-based products causing lung cancer, for example mesothelioma. The result of this is a dramatic increase in respiratory diseases that rake in hundreds of thousands per victim to add to healthcare profits for medical care, surgical tools, chemotherapy, radiation, anti-biotics, pain medication and LOTS more bandaids ;o) The dramatic increase in respiratory diseases caused by the use of Johnson & Johnson talc-based products has already enriched shareholders, is currently enriching shareholders and will continue to enrich shareholders for decades to come as more people suffer from the life-long symptoms of respiratory diseases caused by the use of Johnson & Johnson talc-based products.

The women of India were a bit annoyed with Johnson & Johnson over issues with their talc-based products causing a dramatic increase in ovarian cancer as well. However, their issue was the use of a banned chemical sterilization process that leaves a chemical residue that also dramatically increases the risk of developing ovarian cancer. There is no reason for Johnson & Johnson to use chemicals in the sterilization of talc since straight steam from distilled water works just as well, or better, without leaving any residue on the finished talc. The only reason to use such a process would be to drive up ovarian cancer rates.

Another harm by Johnson & Johnson talc hasn't even fired up yet. The chemicals used to make that 'iconic fragrance' until 2013 were a class of chemicals called 'phthalates'. This class of chemicals is used in labs to a class="blue" href="http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21370925" target="new">cause asthma in human lung tissue to study treatments for asthma antagonists (allergens) for asthma caused by the ingredients in numerous Johnson & Johnson consumer 'care' products. President Bush signed an order against the further use of phthalates in children's products by 2013 and adult consumer body care products by 2015. The asthma rate, the number of NEW asthma sufferers is already on the decline, especially among children. It took 20 YEARS and an order from the president to get a KNOWN HARMFUL ingredient out of Johnson & Johnson products intended for use on children. That's freaking psychotic. Again, shareholders enjoyed financial enrichment, are currently enjoying financial enrichment and will continue to enjoy financial enrichment from modalities required to treat asthma that was caused by the inclusion of (undisclosed) phthalates in Johnson & Johnson body care products.

As you can see, shareholders have been, and will continue to be, enriched by increased profits from the injuries caused by the use of Johnson & Johnson talc-based products. As I've disclosed throughout this web site for over six years, Johnson & Johnson has effectively used this method to drive up consumer health maladies for future profit from the harm caused by the use of a wide variety of Johnson & Johnson products throughout their 125 year history. Shareholders have profited, are profiting and will continue to profit from injuries caused by the use of past, present and future Johnson & Johnson products.

Launching a Class Action Lawsuit against Johnson & Johnson for the way they do business, the way the entire pharmaceutical industry has ben doing business since at least 1945, is frivolous. If you don't like the way Johnson & Johnson does business, maybe you should invest in something a little 'healthier', eh? ;o)

Frivolous Lawsuit Being Filed Against JohnsonAndToxin: UPDATED: 23 May 2023: Still waiting for proof of filing OR apology and compensation for all the work involved defending myself. I live in Florida. Higbee & Ass's, the law firm, is headquartered in California, assigned a lawyer in Colorado. They know I am destitute.
