I can't count the number of suspended twitter accounts. Then the shadowbanning. Now that twitter has changed to X, I have found that if I text a link to someone, they get a page stating that the account has been suspended, even though it is working for me.

Alex Gorsky started working with Johnson & Johnson in 1998. He started his career in Janssen Pharmaceuticals the year after Levaquin was patented. It appears that Levaquin was his first marketing project. Levaquin is under fire, and thousands of lawsuits, for misrepresentation, illegal promo & downplaying &/or hiding risks. The existing known risks of lifelong debilitation ligament and tendon deterioration were not disclosed to the FDA, doctors or patients. Great marketing strategy, huh?
Alex Gorsky was in Europe during the SEC investigation, and resulting $700 million fine, for international bribery in Greece, Poland and stealing from the oil for food program in 1998.
In 2003, misrepresentation, illegal promo & downplaying &/or hiding risks of Risperdal. It was promoted by J&J representatives as a safer alternative than competing products, but it was far more harmful resulting in long-term harm to children and the elderly and increased number of deaths from suicides and heart attacks that cannot be 'proven' were the result of the drug.
The 2003 Risperdal scandal included stealing from Medicaid. If he can steal from Medicaid, he can steal from you. Oh, wait, he did - those were YOUR tax dollars being sucked out of the Medicaid system.
During his few years at Novartis, Alex was in control of Exelon - a great seller with sales based on misrepresentation, illegal promo & downplaying &/or hiding risks.
And, not to forget, Alex was the Worldwide Chairman of Medical Diagnostics during the time that 93,000 hips went out, into people, with known high failure rates and known toxic metal blood and organ poisoning.
Do you really want the CEO and Chair of the Board of a major medical corporation, our healthcare, quoted as saying, "You don't have to get it 100% right. When you get it 60%, go! Any more time that you spend trying to figure it out, you're going to lose in the speed that you're missing out on."
This is our health care, not a bunch of car parts!
When you look at the facts, it appears as though Alex Gorsky is not part of the solution to the problems at Johnson & Johnson - he's the cause of most of them. Given his lack of ethics, I think he should be banned from the medical and banking fields for the rest of his life.
